Would of had it all back together this week end if the bloody garage had pressed the bushes in the arms... I tried doing it in a vice but it wasn't strong enough

I'm impressed, that's took no time at all
Mine took 5 years
The only difference in brakes is caliper/carrier and the disc, everything else is the same

Well spotted, these need to be 12.9, I swapped mine from 8.8's for the proper ones.
Best to be safe

Thanks, just want to use it now
As long as they are rated on the head as 10.9 or 12.9 youll be ok.
Stainless stuff is way to soft/brittle
A2-70
A2-90
A4-90
Steel 8.8
All are too soft for suspension parts

On another note, do you have any pictures to hand on how your breather is plumbed in please?
Looks like Pete deleted all of the old pics

Spent the day replacing the heater matrix due to one of the plastic ends snapping
also got the driveshafts fitted and started fitting the exhaust
Does anyone know where I can get the banjo bolts and unions that go on the fuel pump and filter ???

I bought mine from Burton's as I could only find Red/Blue anodized nuts on ebay
http://www.burtonpower.com/banjo-uni...factcp-01.html
I didn't use the hose tails as I refitted all genuine Ford pipes

I can't wait either being able to actually use as you know I only drove it home from yours and stripped it to do the resto
No rush really would rather replace everything so it's all new but trying to find some parts is a nitemare
