Ye rear sensors fell out fronts just crumbled with the main sensor part stuck in the hub so had to remove bearing and knock it out

They always pop up so don't panic and pay over the top for them. It'll be one of the last things you fit

The back abs sensors normaly just pull out. The front ones are the bastards to get out in one piece. Plenty of copper slip when you refit them.

The shell is still in primer mate all bits have gone to the powder coaters and I have all the new bits from mat lewis
Just got to paint it and start putting it back together
Takes a bloody long time stripping all the little bits like the hubs, bearings etc but there's no point rushing it

It depends on which type of paint you used and what finish you are wanting.
If your wanting shiney you'd have to use a gloss or put clear over the top.

I used a basecoat the clear over the top it's turned out ok but would of liked more of a gloss finish but it will do I suppose

4x4 cosworth underside rebuild
Hi
I,ve done the same job on my K reg 4x4 Cosworth ,just need to give the engine a freshen up and put it all back together
Had to do a bit of welding on mine even though its only done 39,000
I had similar probs with one of my abs sensors I managed to buy a replacement genuine Ate one from EuroParts at a good price.
Good luck it will be worth it in the end
