Default 2WD Saphire.

I keep hyjacking everyeones thread.
so I am using Projects, to log my daily achievements.
The car has been built ,after a brilliant weekly search of passionford, to iron out every problem I came across.
Now I have her built mot'd and running .as a daily driver.
She is far from finished.
Not going to list the spec but theres 83lb siemen injectors involved.
I think, as a weekend Saturday morning ,a picture of before and after and a brief description, of what I did.
This car is along way from concourse but I think she is awesome .
So keep the comments non girly.
She is all over passionford , as I said would like to contain a log for all to enjoy.
As we built the engine from scratch and ordered most of the parts.
I do have a bit of knowledge to offer.
It is a bit but I might start monitoring the new threads.
I am enjoying the car more now she is a daily driver.
Tommorow will be replacing the Scorpion exhaust, as I couldn't wait to go through the car wash.
I am putting the 18" Ozz wheels on tommorow.
They kept going flat.
I thought I would get a head start.
Now its going to be a rainy morning on my back .

I agree ,you can get so much done .
Specially after taking it for a morning spin.
The work I do is amazing once fused of the Cossi magic.
I put exhaust back on today.
I had trashed my rear bumper ,so tidied that up and after lunch going to put my Ozz wheels on ive just collected.
I'll edit the pictures in after ive done.

Why would you use a t4 on a 300bhp car must be so laggy it's like not having a turbo for most the Rev range! scrap it and fit a better turbo

I got a big turbo T4.
Mine might get changed yet.I am going to run mine for a few months and then take her for rolling road mapping. The reason is to make sure I have cleared the snag list.Sorted the body etc so she looks half decent.Just to get her to her best and then I can concentrate on the live map-rolling road and spend a little on a new gizmo or two,X sport was telling me about some software at MSD and I reckon if I found a home for a small tablet it could be a display at the front of the car.It is the sensor software.I will take the advice of MSD if I need a different turbo. At the time if I have cleared all other expenses ,buying one shouldn't be a issue.

My advise would be, if you think it need to be mapped, get it mapped asap. If its not running right you could be inflicting all sorts of damage that could cost 1000's to repair

The idea is we only have a 7 psi spring on the external wastegate.
MSD supplied the chip and it is near enough.
At low end we use Closed loop with a L8 using a lamba sensor.
Basicly I am not using any boost at the moment.

Glad the front got sorted.
I will do as much as I can and then go round again until ,I can do the finite detail.
What I mean is the fronts on but the headlight wipers are still in the garage and front fogs aren't wired. There are larger items that need finding.
Next is shocks and sills.
I will try and fit the boot and try and get her sprayed,
It's the rear badges i'm after fitting.
I never wanted to fit the cosworth badges until she started looking the part.
