(ford fair prep)
1. Purchased some red recaro seat decals..
2. looks similar to one of the first posts i made, this weekend ive stripped and cleaned the rear arches (well 1 upto know) plus removing the liner to underseal the arch. while i was there i gave the caliper a quick paint. front wheels have been off today before the rain to clean up before ford fair.

I love a freebie. From Fast Ford subscription. (not a bad freebie)

Cars now almost ready for ford fair. wheels have had a couple coats of wax. not a job i like doing. both seat decals are on. idiot for not buying the rears. just need to keep on top of it till the weekend, hopefully weather holds out. its forecast it to be ok. tried my lanyard too. seems to be ok.

There covers pal. But on the front pic they are painted but covers will be going back on. Don't think all this cleanings going to be worth while. Forecast isn't the best for Sunday. It'll only be getting a quick wash at Ford fair.

quick video of the new sealant after just one coat. applied a second tonight. easy enough to use but time consuming as you have to leave it for a while. still got bits of the car still do do.

finally got round to fitting the new stage 4 intercooler. what a ballache, cant really say there was much point in painting the edges red as you can hardly see it. all seems good tho so cant complain.had to modify the radiator hanger to alloy the new hoses to fit better. still solid tho. arms have seen better days aswell. a bit bruised lol.

taken off a pro sport intercooler

It's amazing what you can get out with a wet vac, this is one of 2 or 3 container fulls of what I got out of my drivers seat, and I thought it was clean!

I know it's suprising. When I've got a bit more time I'll have a good go with it. New jet spray to. Decided on a bosch because I've fell out with karcher. Never last. Just ordered a new snow foam lance to go with it.

Cheers pal. Yeah it was on there on the fast ford stand. It was squashed tho. I thought they would have had a better stand to be honest. There was plenty of nice motors there.

picked up a second hand rear strut brace. used textured paint on the ends and gloss wrapped the bar, going to do the ends red and ive just ordered some 6d wrap.
managed to fit the larger bolts by just jacking the car up.

Lol. Not noticed any difference to be honest. Wasn't going to bother with the rear as I didn't think it would fit with the sub. A mate was selling it so I did a test fit and it did. Can't resist a bargain.

A few mods done. the best being the new steering wheel.

first of. the rear boot panel. it had a fair few scratches from the previous owner so i decide to sort it out. painted it black and added carbon fiber strips to each of the fins. nightmare of a job.

Next Was the front strut brace. i didnt like silver and never planned on keeping it silver, so i matched it to the rear strut brace. come out well to be honest. i like it, thats all what matters..
