This is an awesome car, so glad to see it being rebuilt properly rather than thrown together.. think I might have changed the colour, to make it more 'mine' than what it used to be, but apart from that it's fantastic.

decide to go 3.9 drop gears on the car so when the cwp was getting changed I got the bearings and viscous redone when it was all in bits

I bought the gearbox second hand but as I was changing the cwp in the diff I needed the drop gears changed,turns out the box already had 3.9 drop gears so that's a result but the chain was slack so that was replaced and a few other bits done

got the engine finished last night got good oil pressure so im happy
got the clutch/flywheel bolted on and the sub frame front diff and the gear box

we started the build last got part of the wiring loom back through and decided to trace it back and see what was what,theres a lot of wires not used coming from fuse box so we've decide to trace them back and remove the as to the ends being tapped,takes a fucking age

Brings back memory's great car...first of its kind..in the 90"s
same as the green escort MK1 with a complete 4×4 undercarrage and ofcourse a cosworth engine... and the severnvalley ford transit van with i believe an rs 500 engine with 500 HP and the centerlock wheels....
But this one yup iconic......
