My old saff cosworth back after 9 years!!
Well thought i would start a thread seems as tho i've just bought myself another RS after many years, In fact i've bought my old car back!!
Sold the car to my dads mate in 2004 after many rebuilds & turbo's and moved on to something more sensible which didn't last long. Anyway was speaking to a mate in the pub about the old cars we used to have and he mentioned that my old saph was still about, i had been looking for a saph cossie project for a while so popped round to see my dads mate!!
Turns out its been off the road for around 2.5 years (sorn) Just had a full engine rebuild in 2010 with documented parts & labour receipts and work but was parked up in the garage due to the car was needing some tlc paint and so on.
Anyway sorted a price and got it picked up!! It needs paint and its not running right (three cylinders) so im hoping it just needs a good service!!

Get it running properly - just ordered a full service kit, plugs, leads, cap n rota arm, coil oil filter's etc. (fingers crossed it only needs this)
Once im happy with it running ok - Full paint, Just got some doors and it needs rear arches and what ever else pops up!!
Ive also got some new Koni's to go on and some rims etc, Im also looking at some brakes all round but further down the line.
Underneaths solid enough its been welded but first inspection looks ok.....
