Yes she will be nice.
Boost controller is now working, just need the centre console to mount the unit in.
ALS and LC is all wired and switched,
Interior is looking good now! Just took her out for a drive through the lanes and it's starting to come together now
It feels like It has a bit of disc distortion on the front which is hard to believe as they have done about 400 miles something else to check next week

James its not disc distortion. whats happened car has braked at some point got hot and the brakes left on which then embeds excess pad material in one position so after that every time you brake it grips on that area which feels like the discs are warped.
Inspect the discs and see if you have a pad shaped shadow on the disc.

It's was about Ł20 mate.
The problem is the base hard lining is not a perfect finish, so laying very thin material on it shows every imperfection,
That's why ford used a thicker foam based material.
I'm quite happy with it but the finish would be better with a thicker material

So the weekend was quite busy, dodging the weather outside I fitted the fog light grills for a change on the front.
The engine bay work started by reducing the inlet size to increase depression and make it less lethargic as I want it to be a nice road car and not all about numbers.
The inlet was removed and a std one fitted with a spacer, all vacuum lines replaced. All boost hoses replaced.a heat sheild was made from nimbus material to protect the abs and wiring.
While the inlet was off I found one if my suspension knocks, the engine mount top bolt was loose
All sensors and belts have been replaced,
The last things to do in here are to get rid of the shiney, and go black, and make an engine loom up in time.
I also fitted a new stereo, and finished off the main interior bits just waiting on a few trims and clips.
She is driving well now. Almost time fir some mapping!

Looks good
What do you think of the boost controller? I have the same in mine, cheap and cheerful but does the job, have you connected the rpm signal up? Iirc with the rpm signal connected you can enable a feature that increases the duty cycle when the boost starts to drop at high rpm? Its been a while since I looked at it.
