its Mipa black texture coating from Chirk auto paints by me, the one stage not the one that you have to base coat and then colour coat, was really cheap about Ł4 quid for a big can, ill check the can later

quick look on ebay and this is the clear stuff, why you would want clear I don't Know but can looks same except mine was black, paid about half what asking on the bay

Next up air box and rocker cover, rocker was red and airbox was just rusted and beaten up by 26 years of use, spent a lot of time on these as they are the focal point IMO of the engine bay and really wanted to get them right with finish and colour etc, air box took ages to get right, rocker wasn't too bad matches the sticker perfectly, really chuffed with the results, there just resting at the moment for a few weeks then I will cut and polish them. They were painted from rattle cans

Looks Superb, there are some great products on the market these days, easy to dust over again, when needed too and dries very quickly,

Top work BTW

Seats sortedStripped and cleaned twice, really happy with the results, finally have seats with no burns rips marks, sun damage of repairs and no wear at all anywhere, they were stored in bin bags in the loft for 22 years, the back seat base looks marked and creased, its just the camera
Name: 6_zps70afa704.jpg
Views: 735

You can clearly see the colour difference, the sun bleaches these seats like mad which was the difficult part of finding a good interior, took four full interiors bought and sold to make this one, also I wanted the black backs so had to swap the dark fabric for the black pack seat panel
