Default 1994 Fiesta RS1800 in Mallard Green "L800 RSF"

I bought this wee car on an absolute wym one night. Boredom, alcohol and tinterweb (plus pay day) doesn't mix...or you end up with a wee bargain like this lol

Its a rare Mallard Green Fiesta RS1800...(not common tourmallard) Its 1994 with 95k. And yes the plate was sold with the car. I basically bought the car for less than what the plate is worth. Its only modification is a Scorpion back box. Absolutely everything else is stock (even the airbox)

So yeah the seller "L800 RSF" off fiestaturbo.com was in south wales (literally 10 mins from Fishguard ferry port) So I bought the car blind...paid extra and got the car sent to Rosslare on the boat and my mate co-incidentally text asking for a fiesta rs turbo bonnet (to which I had 3 spare) So I offered him a bonnet for an agreed price, and my counter offer was for him to go lift the car in Rosslare for me. So all in all its a bargain of a car.

Yes it needs tidied, but its still road legal for another month. I just got it checked for MOT on Thursday by AI Autosport and it literally needs a 3" x 4" patch on the floor, 2 x wishbones, 2 x droplinks, 2 rear wheel cylinders and a brake flexi hose.

So the plans are...get it through mot. Drive it over the winter so my bmw doesn't get bent round a lamppost, take it off the road after the winter, set in two rear arches, two sills and two front wings and get the whole thing painted. Then im gonna lower it and get my rs2000 mk5 wheels polished and that is virtually it.

Looking forward to messing around with it, after the crap year I have had!! Need the enthusiasm back!!

Here it is, in its glory after a wash and a polish!!
