She was fine the last time I drove her down from Scotland. She is moored up as I am away at the mo. Got to fit new track rod ends and fit a new rear N/S calliper as the handbrake mechanism is jammed open again but that's all for when I return to her.
Missing her

Since the grotty winter is here i thought it was time to have a bit of a tidy up in the engine bay. Its ideal having a garage cause i can just leave the car in bits and do bits to it at a time.

The osf chassis leg covered in a few years of grime and crap.

I made up a metal panel and got my matw to put a few small welds on it. I was dreading this and had the compressor running and a air gun ready in case there was a fire. I used stikaflex to seal the panel up. Also i painted the panel too.

I cut some of the wires back andput new terminals on and heat srinked them.

Bit of a update but not much.

I had a little feature of my cossie again in the rallye news for the second time.

The cossie has ran out of mot so ive got it booked in this thursday. For the last 7 years my mate has moted it for me but now my mate works with me. We are taking it to the same garage so his old work mate will mot it. Hopefully it will pass lol.

Also on the 12th of march just gone i have owned the car for 10 years. Time flys.

Hi Glenn,I am sure it will pass its MOT as you are like me and keep on top of things. I have never worried about the yearly MOT on mine and its passed 21 since I have owned it. The latest one again with no advisories. Just had the number plate issue 2 years ago as mine with the honeycomb background are not allowed any more.
Yours is looking good with the latest tidy up you have done. I have just put my brand new Ford amber front indicator lenses on and it looks much better than the wrong clear 4x4 ones .
All the best for your new baby.

You will have to stay off boost if you do that!! When my Son was born he came home in my 1600e Uren Savage.
When He got married my 2wd Saff was one of the wedding cars.
