Fezzer imob whats one of them lol I ripped it out yonks ago .Im running the mondeo one now lol.Ive sorted it now any way it was a relay water got in it.I had to replace it with a tempory one for now till I get a proper one. When I did the engine conversion I didn't add mondeo loom to the fiesta fuse box so the wires were just hanging there in the engine bay lol.It will take me a weekend to do a rewire and sit it all in the fiesta fuse box like it was always there. But its all good now im up and running thank fuck.

Got the Mondeo front brakes fitted today 300mm jobbies. The brakes haven't bedded in properly yet an i tell the difference already. The conversion is well worth it imo,im using the five stud discs as well and made them so there four stud lol.My nxt things to do are stick the battery in the boot and fit my mondeo servo. One other thing is im after an intercooler that i can have fitted in the engine bay so its not obvious that its turbo charged.I did think of mounting a pc fan to it to keep the temps down on the intercooler with it being in the engine bay area preferably nr where the battery would have gone.I wonder how much a fiesta rs turbo intercooler would flow and would it be enough to cope with 200 bhp.

Hi mate with the blacktop engine even if its a 1.8 or 2.0 there is no need to change the sump the exhaust fits under nice and snug.Use the blacktop water pump that's with the engine no need to change anything.Im using the Diesel gearbox its nice and I can pull off in second easy lol.For the flywheel im using a zetec 1.6/1.8 flywheel there is loads about.

I made up a new engine mount bracket today using 3mm steel.Might be a bit over kill but I no its not moving any where lol soon.i then fitted the 2 litre engine mount. The 1.2 engine mount was not up to the job at all and kept trying to twist my engine back and forwards. With this new set up ive noticed the difference instantly just on a light drive.
Next job is to fit my new servo off the mk2 mondeo. Its bigger and I will get a better feel on the brake pedal.

Its a fiesta, escort zetec one.The focus 1.8 will fit not the 2 litre one as its to big for the gearbox casing. The loom I used from the mondeo is a part loom.

Ive got a mondeo lump. You can use a focus lump it doesn't matter which one you choose either way.The fly wheel is just a fiesta escort one.You can use the focus one by all means but make sure you get a 1.8 flywheel. This one will do it

After changing the Fiesta servo to the Mondeo servo I had major problems. The Mondeo servo was fine but the master cylinder I had originaly was the abs version which I didn't really want to use.I ordered the non abs version and fitted it during last weekend I thought great jumped in my car to go work the next day and I felt my brakes dragging and there brake pedal going really hard to the point I could see smoke bellowing from the front wheels.I managed to get it home the same night and had to use the other halfs car for the rest of the week.Today I removed the the master cylinder and fitted the abs type on which I didn't really want but I had no choice this meant going down from a 4 port cylinder into a 2 port.I had to get some brass 2 pieces and convert it all over.I went to connect the bias valves up to find they didn't fit different thread sizes and ended up not using them at all.Anyway ive got it all working again and belive it or not the brakes are shit hot and doesn't get tail happy at all.Ive put it through its paces as well lol.Ive put it donw to the wrong type master cylinder even though it was listed for the servo lol.
