seen some 3m stuff from merlin motorsport seems good.
So after looking at the rear end it was decided we needed to change the profile of the rear tyres so we could drop the car slightly and it would sit in the rear arches better, so we dropped them to 35 profile toyo proxys
Slight stretch
And com paired to old tyres big difference
So weve taken the axle off for its final paint and repositioned one of the brackets that we where not happy with, so we can make the brake pipes and put the strengthening plate on and refit and there it will stay hopefully
Also just got the twin fuel pump and all the filter setup for moking that up to see where it will all fit and the proper AN fittings, so it should be right
Looks awesome,
What rad and hoses have you used?
I'm putting a mk1 together for someone cosworth n/a and need to sort a rad and hoses, looked at the group 4 ones at burtons but it says for SOHC pinto?
The rad and intercooler was a combo its the same as the airtec ones
we can use some of the standard 2wd cosworth hoses but there a few we may have to modify or make some up
Got the strengthening plate on tonight and the new diff cover and some brackets for the brake pipes
Just waiting for the stainless brake pipes that are being made to go across the axle
