Thanks I cant wait to get it mapped and see how much these changes have made to the car, new hubs should be here next week but I Have to go back to work so it wont be in for mapping until Feb.
Ive also decided not to plasti dip the car this year ,but have ordered some graphics which will hopefully change the look a little.

I've managed to rescale the injectors on the omex and balanced the bodies with a syncrometer so it's now ideling perfectly and also switching to lambda control once the water temp is up to 60'c.
The new hubs have been held up with the courier but I'm away back to work for 3 weeks, so not really a rush now. Hope all the parts will be here ready for me getting home to get the car back together and ready for mapping at the start off Feb.

I also should not be aloud both eBay and PayPal while away with work, somehow I ended up buying oil temp and pressure gauges today which are a good safety.
BUT also somehow ended up with six 15" speedline 2118's
I'm not sure if I will fit the tires off of my 1.2's and sell those wheels on or if I will use them as another set of track wheels with 888's or similar.

Got booked in for the 1st of Feb to drop the car off at Sitech for mapping, which gives me 3 days when i get home to get it ready so thought I better get a job list made up
1.Fit roll center hubs
2.Fit oil pressure and temp gauges
3.Fit cup car brake cooling ducts
4.Aerocatch the front bumper
5.Set up the pure shifter
6.Spanner check the car
7. Cross fingers it doesnt go boom
I'm also looking at a bigger radiator that will sit lower to keep heat away from the air filter.
Problem is this may mean I have to get rid of the power steering pump for clearance , so will probably fit a saxo/106 electric pump.

I think I'm going to do my new wheels black with blue graphics , as white will be a nightmare with track pads.
I have now got the cup racer brake ducts fitting ok after a bit of fiber glass and filler, along with fitting oil pressure and temp gauges. I've also fitted aero catches to the front bumper so it can be removed in seconds.
I also gave the car it's first wash in 6 months and fitted a new heat shield to tidy up the engine bay.

Hope to take it along this week before I go to Houston with work. I will need to trailer it along and get alignment done before we can put it on the rollers to tweak the map enough to bed the new rings in, then it's oil change and on with mapping hopefully.

Mapping went well today peak power we seen was 230.1 bhp ,but after pulling a little timing for safety we ended up with 228.9 bhp and 176.9 ftlb . We tried upping the rev limit to 7800 rpm but made no more power so capped it at 7500 since I'm still on standard rods.

In the mid range we went safe with timing which has caused a dip in the torque , on the road this isn't nearly as bad as the graph would suggest . I actually wanted it left like this just now to aid traction out of corners until I get a diff.

First track day of the year is booked for this weekend so last push to get the car ready.
Alignment done today after fitting the new hubs, and finally got to try the car out on a bumpy back road
Fitted a breather tank
How the car now looks
Also finished the refurb of 4 of my 2118's the other two require small repairs first. The stickers were off ebay and not the best fit .

Here is a video filmed from the clio behind me, at this point there was a train of 8 clios lapping in a row. We were all fairly close and some dodgy lines due to late braking but brilliant fun.
I love how the super tourer accord slingshots out the hair pin and passes us all like we're stopped.
