3 Door Cosworth Resto MSD mapped to 513 BHP
Took delivery today of my new Project
The plan is to get it on the road asap and then in the autumn to do a restoration underneath and engine bay and maybe convert to 4X4.

I've got it on axle stands, no rot underneath at all
None in the engine bay
A brief overview of the spec:
Fully rebuilt engine by Joe Stephens using 200 block and running approx 400bhp
Leda Coilover Suspension
Ap Racing front brakes
Fully rosejointed
Brand new uprated bosch*fuel pump
New racing AP brake pads

The wheels are 18" Raceline, I'm going to put them on here for sale
Have no idea what they are worth though.

Looks a really nice car - the wheels are my all time favourite but mostly mags
If you put them up for sale take a picture of the rears as alloy and mags have differences

Help needed please
I have driven it today and I am really disappointed
Boosts at 17psi (1.2 bar) but really late almost 5k, so sluggish bottom end and mid range.
It has a BD14 inlet cam and the exhaust cam is unmaked at the end, not sure what turbo itis but have a 48 rear housing and the front housing is marked up M27??
If it helps the inlet Id is 63mm pic below. I would like much more bottom end, any advice?

That looks like a T34/63 not a 48 housing.

don't know much about turbo's, but that is one fine looking 3door you have there!
