Cant you overcome the problem without cutting the turrets out ?
Im sure Mark from Mk can come up with a plan
I only mentioned it as it looks like your putting alot of time and money into the car and didn't want you to have problems when its all painted
I know id rather have people tell me before its too late

Inner edge of turrets (closest to each other are vertical)

Centre line of top mount 20mm to the rear of the centre line of the drive shaft giving you your castor angle

Think the turrets have to be 680cm apart aswell but im sure someone will correct me if im wrong

When we did doberman1234's and my rear end we made a plate that bolts onto thd driveshaft flange and then welded a tube on to replicate the dtiveshaft .this will give you the lower reference point for the turret find the centre line of the turret and set it 20mm to the rear of the centre of the driveshaft .
Turrets should be parallel to each other and tops should be level from front to back
The top mounts are slightly angled to centre of the car to help set camber

Are you going to cut the cage out and fit new bars to the turrets again or extend what you have?

Wait till you have all parts to mock up
then you can check all angles and settings

Im sure turrets were set 960mm apart and need to be vertical
As said in post 131 turrets have to be parallel to each other and set centre line of the turret 20mm to the rear of the centre of the drive shaft flange on the diff

If you could do that then i will be wery happy.

I have no problems fitting it with 960mm , but then it will be wery little caster or angle on the turrent.....

What is the mesurment under car, from turrent to turrent? I have 860mm now.......

Centre line of turrets 20mm back from centre line of driveshaft
Id cut off flange around the edge of the turrets as they are set for escort cossie inner arches.
Make them back up at a later date.
You could do with diff .drive shaft. Upright .shock and wheel so you can set the turret width in relation to rear wheel track in the shell
otherwise you could end up with the rear shock sitting at the wrong angle when your trying to build it up.
Best not to rush this stage as it will cause you alot of problems later on
