I haven't updated for a while. Here is the progress,
New engine loom, rear beam in, supra diff fitted (coming back out for paint), fabricated turrets, made by a friend of mine Lee, well impressed with these, just need to cut a small section out of the tub so they come though. This is ideal for me as i want to mount a cage on them anyway. Custom rear coilovers from Gaz, big thanks to Scott on here for sorting for me.
MK Motorsport 65mm throttle body, If your using one of MK's TB and airtec plenum you simply need to add a small spacer to the linkage so it clears the springs and tig the nipple on so you have the clearance.
Mk Motorsport supra diff fitting kit, all bolted up as it should. Kinda glade about that otherwise my measurements would of been out from when welding the beam mounts in. Cant wait for my supra diff cover now to finish it off.
MT Motorsport rear brakes fit lovely, pads are nice and close to the bells. All work rather nicely. Have not decided on the caliper colour yet, i want gold wheels so may go for the same colour as my rocker cover the blue anthracite.
Loom was from CW Looms, the quality is outstanding. L8 loom, extended TPS and ISCV, knock added just to future proof it as im 2wd, build in wasted spark, Tony recommended 3 pin connect to be added in for my boost pot too. All come clearly marked up, extra connectors where needed etc. Its idiot proof.
Ive also fitted a few other bits and pieces, PAS is all plumbed up. New bosch starter, new genuine 90amp alternator.
New 3" mongoose from Matt Lewis with 3.5" rolled tip. Not yet mounted it completely but looks like all i have to do is put a straight section in between the downpipe and the mid section. Looks easy enough although i will have come clearance issues between the diff and the ground and the cars on its ass. Might cut into the chassis more to lift the beam mounts and get the diff heigher will have to see.
Still on the to do list:
Run fuel lines
Run brake lines
Source fuel cell
Source Prop
Fit manifold and Turbo
Fit breather kit
All the plumbing
The rest of the electrical jobs, i fucking hate electrics!

Project rs100 sadly has been broke up after discovering some rot in the floors. Is it fixable your probably asking? Well yes it is but I have a wrc focus that's just sat there and the cossie parts off the truck where worth a lot of money so I broke her up and the shell will going up for sale as a roller. Project focos has begun!
