Default Moondust Project track and refurb 4x4 360hp

Hi Guys,

Well its been a few years since i had my last gorgeous cosworth, as always i was gutted i sold it, the guy wanted it so badly that he flew all the way from Malta to buy it!!! thats dedication...... also brave considering its a cossie lol.

So i have been corrupted by the Japanese for the last few years and have been buliding this,(pic below) might still keep it yet as it drove lovely round Brands in the summer and i still have a few more upgrades i bought for it, depends on space and time...

Anyway i was tempted by a very good friend of mine to buy his 4x4 Saff that he was going to use for a 4x4 fiest build, he changed his mind on the build and he was going to get rid....... my head said no but my heart said yes and having regretted getting rid of my last Saff i gave in to tempttion. pics below, needs some TLC, few bits need doing, but all in all a great buy. when i get 5 mins and learn more about it i will put the spec up, but im told its on greens and running about 360bhp with the loadest flutter you have ever heard lol

This car has got some nice goodies so wont need much to finish it off to be honest, maybe a new plenim and some other go faster goodies. I definitely need new suspension for it as the shocks on the front have started to go a bit it you notice in the pictures.

Sills being welded this week so hopefully will have some updates soon, just needs some extra funds then can get the soft suspension done which is really letting the driving experience down at the moment, plus want to sign up for some track time in the next few months

Ok got the cossie back today, welding all finished and back to it's mint state. Very impressed with the work done and couldn't wait to drive it, so took trip down Brands for Burton Power track day

bumped into the guys at Auto Specialists and Ronnie, unfortunately they had a few brake issues which was a shame as was looking forward to a ride in it. Also had a chance to catch up with Ron to find out a little more history about the car. Turns out it had a full re-spray about 3 years ago which explains why it's so mint and has probably only done about 300 miles since. Also found out from Ron he actually did a few bits on it himself, some nice airtec goodies and full engine rebuild. i must say after driving it home today i really need to get the suspension sorted as it has colapsed in the front right corner and rubs when going left. Next on my to do list, hopefully i will get it ready for BHP.
