Also is there another radiator i could use instead? I know about the saxo radiator aswell but im wondering if there is anything else?

Also i need to know about jet sizes for bike carbs? Engine is 1.8 silvertop with 2 litre cams and cbr900 bike carbs and going to be kept fairly standard. Iv heard around 1.7mm for 2 litre engines so im guessing maybe 1.5/1.6??

1 other thing, the timing. Iv heard of the timing kit with a flat bar to lock the cams and also a thing that screws into the engine block somewhere can anybody show me a pic of where it should go??

Cheers everybody.

hey mate. this is the cam locking tool

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Fiest...#ht_1754wt_905

As for your jet sizes the rule of thumb for a 2.0/1.8 zetec is 1.8mm main jet however its not an exact science. it can be a bit trial and error as i'm currently finding out!

Ok mate thanks very much i think i will try 1.7mm at first then at least if it is too small i can just drill it out more instead of having to solder it up and drill again. Thanks for that mate.
As for the radiator can anybody tell me if its the right one?

Cheers.

Andy i ran a frst rad with my zetec turbo, And a std xr2 rad on my n/a zetec.
Depends if you want to use std pipes for a clean look tho. Iirc i had to chop the top hose in 2 and turn 1 part round on the turbo but i am not 100% as it was bloody years ago.
