NOT FORDS but a few of my bikes.
A few of my bikes ive done.What you fink people?
HONDA CR80
HONDA CR125
After these pics were took went out on it about 3 hours later it blow up LOL
so back home for a engine rebuild.
New piston & ring plus it had destroyed a gearbox bearing.
So out with the engine.
(Rebuilt)
Now got the new tank plastics on.
HONDA SLR650 PROJECT
looks fu.ked lol
Started to strip it down.
Sanded the tank down and found the Honda decal.
Tank painted and back on.
Made a battery holder and put the new laser pro rear pipe on.
Then took it out for the day and about 5hour later i was going down a hill at about 50mph when the back wheel locked up.Managed to stay on the bike.So back home to see what had gone wrong.This is what i found lol.
Yes the piston had snapped in half and melted/bent the con rod and smashed the shit out of the valves lol who said hondas were reliable haha.
So no point saving that engine and bought another this time a xr650l engine.
the old engine and head.
New engine going in.
Then someone offered to swap it for a gsxr400 so i thought why not lol.
GSXR400 PROJECT
Sanding it down.
wondered why exhaust was blowing lol
Painted rebuilt and finished.
Air filters turned up in post.
Then some one offered me this cheap so bought it.
BETA 250
Stripped it down painted it and replaced the parts that needed doing and rebuilt it.
Had this quad rolling frame sat round back of the house.
Then i also had a Yamaha rt100 dirt bike what had a knackered back wheel
so came up with an idea lol.
tack the engine out and put it in the quad frame
engine in and made my own mounts for it.
another frame ive got sat about.
another quad also got.
PIT BIKE I HAD SAT ABOUT AT THE BACK OF THE SHED.
After
New project Yamaha xt600
This had been in a 50mph crash straight into side of a car.
Before.
Started to strip it has the forks were badly bent so off they came .
went throught all the wiring loom and sorted that and tided it up.
And on with the new forks.
Next i took carb of striped it down cleaned all jets and float and rebuilt it and polished the tops.
next was the swing arm.Put new bearings in and painted it then put it back on the bike.
tank painted and back on.
new mudguard and headlights.
done for now just go and have some fun on it lol.
Little nephew got 1 of the quads stuck in woods lol
