anybody fitted bob 24v into xr4i or sierra, just need to know whats the best option for exhaust, original scorpio cats get in the way of anti roll bar,would scorpio roll bar fit and change this, or do i need custom exhaust? appreciate any help guys

I think wiring the BOB will be harder to sort than the exhaust

wiring not a problem for me, its wired up for megasquirt!!! all that is now done, just looking for quick solution on downpipes but i've decided to make up my own and sell original cats.

The BOB can be run on a BOA loom with some mods. Gets round the problem with the EECV and PATS. You need an RPM switch to run the VIS though
