Not much going on with the Cossie
Had a safe trip with it to the UK last week to watch Ronnie win the Time Attack championship and i picked up my "new" gearbox, so this will be installed in the coming weeks with the wasted spark

My mate filmed me yesterday as we drove back from the Classic Ford Show in Holland

Well not much going on guys.
I did install WS and it works very nice, so much smoother idle
Only thing i've to do is the rev counter mod
Also have done the fuel lines under the bonnet so thats also finished

Did change the gearbox, i brought the one from Doug back to him when i was at Brands Hatch for the Performance Ford trackday

Gearbox does not sound ok so thats coming out again next week or so and my mate is going to rebuild mine with a CTS aka gearboxman kit

He took the broken gearbox apart and it was 3rd gear that got stripped and not 4th











Took a few pics when the WS was installed





Plan is to rebuild the gearbox and do a bit of work underneath when the box is out, gonna change the rear end to 2wd parts as in beam, diff, driveshafts etc, and clean up the surface rust whilst everything is removed, but the car will rest for a few months now

Good work Marco! And WS still a wish of mine in the future. Did you run the GrpA coil before this setup or the standard coil?

I've bought the complete kit from MSD, only thing that needs done is soldering the driver on your ECU, rest is plug and play

Best mod for a cossie Glenn once yours is sorted get a kit or you can send your ecu to Stu to fit driver board

Not much going on only the usual stuff like changing the gearbox

Got a new map from MSD and this transformed the car totally
Had a few teeth broken on the chip so i did send it back to James for repair and if he could look at the cold start as it didn't start ok, he got me a total new map for the car for FREE and it goes much better then the one before and starts perfect when cold so i'm a happy man
Only problem that i now have is possible fuel surge, so not get it under a 1/4 tank

No problem Roy, we'll go to the Ring again WS makes the car run much smoother and quieter and the new map map is so much better then i had before

Are you running a aftermarket tank? has it a square section on the underside? if so these tanks are not very good.

I've read about the aftermarket tanks but i think mine is still the original tank as i've the car now for 11 years and never changed it
