Default Stainless Steel Sills one of a kind

Ive welded some stainless steel sills on my rs cabby which i made myself because im a sheetmetal worker by trade

Its all good having stainless steel sills, but when you have two unlike metals in contact with each other, corrosion happens more rapidly. So your mild steel 1/4s will rot and your stainless sills and the isopon will still be there!!

Your best off getting that thing to a shell, then bare metal and then get it zinc dipped

i work with it ever day this is what i do for a living mate if u use 312 welding wire and weld it with the tig it is very strong its a mixture of stainless steel and mild steel so as that answered your question i no what im talking about ;0)
