Red face XR2i-RST conversion ofac help needed

As the title suggests i have converted my xr2i into a rs turbo, so far i have completed everything to the point of having it gas analysed, i am using a ofac ecu, my co pot doesnt respond i know this becuase someone i found on google had a mobile gas analyser and came and verified this, i believe this is down to pin changes that need to be done..

i need to know what pin changes are required from 1afa xr2i loom to run ofac ecu with no amal valve..

I require a act sensor for the ofac ecu i believe its got a square plug unlike the round xr2i sensor

Had a further look into this yesterday started the car warmed it up found cylinder 4 wasn't doing a large amount of work i unplugged the ht lead going to cylinedr 4 and it makes a very slught difference to the idle, i swapped the injector for another one i have and find the same problem i also changed the plugs to eliminat this, then i switched it back to 1afa ecu and cylinedr 4 sems to wrk properly....? is this down to my act sensor being n/a...also i have a ofac map sensor matched to the ofac ecu, my co pot doesnt respond to any adjusments aswell......how much control does the act have over ignition timing and fuel mixture?

OFAC 1, Red -- +ve
3, Brown/Yellow – octane / idle adjust
4, Brown/White – speed sensor
7, Brown/Green – engine temperature sender
16, Brown – current return & 40
17, Brown/Green – diagnostics connector
20, Brown – current return
21, Brown/Yellow – idle speed valve
22, Brown – fuel pump relay
23, Brown/Red – octane / idle adjust
24, Brown/Blue – octane / idle adjust
25, Brown/Yellow – air temp sensor
26, Brown/Black – throttle sensor & co adjust pot & map sensor
27, Brown – CO adjust potentiometer
28, Blue/Yellow – Pin 2 on edis (disconnected)
33, Brown/Green – Boost control valve
36, Blue/Red – Pin 3 on edis
37, Black – idle speed valve & injectors & Speed sensor & Boost control (tbc) & 57
40, Brown – current return & 16
45, Brown/Yellow – map sensor
46, Brown – map sensor & engine temp & air temp & throttle & CO adjust
47, Brown/Green – throttle sensor
48, Blue/Green – diagnostic connector
56, Blue/Yellow – Pin 1 on edis
57, Black – idle speed valve & injectors & Speed sensor & Boost control (tbc) & 37
58, Brown – Injectors
59, Brown – Injectors
60, Brown – current return

This is the guide i followed for the wires i found mine are exactly the same this is off rsbible someone mentioned changing pin 27 to 45 and pin 8 to pin 27 when i did this the car wont hold revs-(im doing this becasue i converted my xr2i into a rs turbo using the original loom..

im still trying to get this sensor act.....the car revs fine but doesnt drive well at all on the xr2i sensor how much control does the act sensor have over fuelling and ignition timing?

ACT Sensor, is that air flow Sensor or air temp Sensor? i think its air temp sensor as MAP Sensor does pressure (flow). i think its important for fueling, leting the injectors no how much fuel to inject in hot or cold weather (air)??? i think the 2 sensors look completly different the XR2i looks like a hot wire sensor, and the Fiesta RS Turbo a resistor type sensor.

I pm'd you about them parts you got if i come up to get them ill bring my sensor with me if the plugs are the same?

yeah they are different cant find one to save my life seriously been lookin f--kin everywhere you name it ive checked, burton, speedshack, euro's, everywhere yh that would be ideal mate ive got the adaptor and no sensor had a broken one just the black part tht goes in the manifold managed to loose that aswell, the plug probably different but ill chop one off a indicator for the sake of testing it out
