I swapped my s2 for this the back end of last year with it needing ALOT of work

Looks more than it is It wont take long to get done!

Dont forget to check the map sensor to see if some doggy twat has tried to fix it like mine was. Something you cant see really only if you feel.

WOW, thanks mate yeah the floor will just need a new front section and tidy the rest, and just shows you there is alot of muppets out there that shouldnt touch these cars !!!

looks lovely on the first pics mate, mine had similar rust on floor not as bad as that mind but it turned out to be the rubber bung in the engine bay had fallen out and water was running through

I know mate, Then people wonder why they dont work properly. Also just take a look at the turbo as mine ran fine and everything till you looked at it and this is what it was.



Some doggy fuckers out there. Still your car looks nice and ticks all the right boxes for me!

i bought myself another white saff tho , could,nt be without a rs lol

bought it in january drove it once and its never been back out the garage since even ran out of tax now but going to tax the saff and xr2 again 2moro and get them both back out

i,ve still got my white one i put it up for sale last week had a few good offers near what i want for it but i,m going to tax it again 2moro and just bought a cracking set of carello spot lights for it so i,m now thinking about just keeping it .

just a quick update

the so called rebuilt gearbox is out or so i was told by previous owner even though
the lay shaft bearing is F*"ked



also got the exhaust and inlet manifold off and the head looks like its had
alot of work done !!!!

Quick Update ......

group A t34 turbo, taking the housing off to get polished apart form that the
turbo is in fine condition, well except from a slightly modified actuator dont know why
they have done that to it .....???



oh and head is off and started the cleaning process and found that most of the camshaft bearing bolts
were loose, 3x head bolts were well FT !! head just about ready to get skimmed




got the diff out


and my best toy so far !!!!





will get more pics up during the week when its on its side ....
