2.1zvh 6 speed mk3 track car ,NOW IN PAINT
hi all my name is Graham or Rsturbowhite and i thort it mite be a good idear to make a thread on hear , some of u mite already no me and some of u mite of seen me around on the ford seen in the car in me sig
one day back in 2006 i was scrap yard hunting like we all do !! and i went in to local scrap yard to find this gold mk3 1.3 escort sat on the deck with no wheels on , ready to be plonked on the scrap heap at the back off the yard ,so off i went to investergate it , after 5mins off lookin around it as the car was very clean on top , i went looking for the owner off the yard to come lift it up with the fork truck as i wanted to see underneth ,so the forks lifted the car up and a couldnt beleve how clean the car was ,so after agreing on a price off £100 pounds for the car , put some wheels on it ther and then and phoned the local recovery matey to come pick it up asap for me , after geting it home it was time to strip the car so that i could have a better look at the shell and this is how it looked

Want'n to start at the begin Dicko be nice to get peoples feed back on the work that has gone in to it even tho it hasn't been all my work !!! Seems that there is already a couple haven digs at each other even tho there on the same team ???

It's a open board fella just seem to me that beefy fines his fun from winding spesh up on here even tho spech has gone out his way to make his car the way it is ...!!! A carnt make me mind up for the wheels Daz ..

After the body work was sorted out speech and me self made a start on make'n the cage !!
So of we when't to the hire shop to get a pipe bender and the over to pick up some 5meter seamless tube to do the job . After a odd couple off try,s on a spare bit of pipe it was time to have ago for real on the car so wot do u think
Note the door bars have my added tough to them with a drop in as am no slim jim
