Update time lol.....
Progress has been slower than we thought it would be due to one thing and another, waiting for bits to be made being the main reason
I had hoped it would be on the road for 1st may but that didn't happen and i got the car back last week, i've got a few niggly things to do before i can mot and tax it so hopefully it will be on the road week after next or 1st july, cant wait, the last time i used it was october 2009!!!
I've only had chance to drive it in and out of the garage and up and down the drive because it's got no tax and mot but the engine sounds sweet, no rattles, smoking etc and the hydraulic clutch feels great, nice and light, no juddering etc, much better than before with the cable!!
Big thanks to Mike Hall (M.A.S Tuning) for the work he's done
Some pics after todays clean up session...

Time for a small update, I bought a straight cut Glebe gearbox which I've since found out hasn't got a speedo drive in lol so have been relying on my snooper ever since, far from ideal
I did consider buying a Stack dash but they're far too expensive so i went for the next best thing, a Stack speedo, only downside is it only reads to 160mph but never mind lol, i'd like to think i'll be looking at the road at those speeds anyway
This is how the dash looked before..
I bought some carbon effect self adhesive vinyl sheets from ebay and used an old speedo to make a template to fit the new speedo into and after a lot of messing about the dash now looks like this...
Quite chuffed with how it's turned out, now for the tricky bit of making it work lol, i bought a universal speed sensor from Demon Tweeks because Stack don't do a sensor to run their own speedo lol
