Made the gearstick for mine from a piece of stainless bar and fitted a sparco gear knob , was hard work shapping the bottom as made from solid stainless as done it by hand but worth it in the end

I did try it with the 2wd and it didint fit so had tp use a 4x4.

are you using pinto engine mounts? i found having them on the right way round for a pinto made the engine sit slightly over to the drivers side making the manifold foul the inner wing wheras i swapped them left to right and the engine sits perfectly in the middle of the bay and the manifold has a couple of cm clearence

Tried both ways but no joy, 4x4 manifold only cost me Ł25 inc delivery so not too much of a problem

less laggy with 4x4 manifold too and the 4x4 only become restrictive over 400 bhp so thats a bonus as well

Nice looking Fostek axle you will be very happy with the axle and sure it will be upto the power of the cossie engine as Fostek know how to build a strong axle
