Surly id make some good money by breaking it wheels, interior, bumpers and kit are mint. Havnt seen the engine but surly someone could do somthing with it??
if the interior etc is in good nick, and the engine is all there, its worth something, but with it being on Q, and the shell looks fooked, its not worth anything as a whole car.
basically nobody wants a 'q' plate think it means stolen/recovered or write off ect and it does look quite bad but if you say the interior ect is in good nick worth a few hundred is day
Its definatly a turbo, 200 bhp I was told a real monster 10 years ago. I have been informed that its made up from different cars eg a kit car!
Worth £4-500 breaking surly!! Seats have to be £200 alone. Bumpers and Kit. Engine (depending on the state) Straight through scorpion exhaust, Wheels and whatever else I can salvage off it!!!

Dont get your hopes up on that i had a mint late spec interior from a fiesta Turbo that i had to practically give away i think IIRC that i sold the full interior for £75.
Q plate has nothing to do with being stolen/recovered.
Q plate is when the car has had to be repaired with significant parts from other cars/new parts etc. All it means is the history of the car will be harder to trace.
i bet teh Q is cos it was a 2i then fitted with stole frst bits and it was discovered or teh dippy twat tried to re-register as a rst (not possible) and dvla fucked him (like james raby back in the day with his Q)

i have broken loads of frst's/2i's etc, weird as i had a white xr2i with frst gear looked identical to that but was on a J abotu a year ago, was a good un, shame to let it go
same remade badging and everythin!

off road ten years every part will be fooked its worth scrap price thats it ,engine will need full rebuild as every gasket an seal be nackerd running gear be scrap ,
I viewed a q plate rst similar to this at a garage on the wirral a good few years ago. It had a bit of a bent slam panel where it met the n/s wing. Could be the same car.
