had these aircraft spec rear bearing spacers etched with a 909 part no.

yes, they also age faster than normal metals making them brittle

that would be my concern too, as a very minimum i would want them chemically stripped and crack tested, even then I would be interested to know what the "life" of the part is, magnessium alloys do vary wildly dependant on there chemical make up, but given how easily they carrode I am not sure it is something i would take the risk with
fabrication wise, you could always make a couple of jigs off them and fabricate your own
