Default building escort cosworth replica noticed two major flaws with some body kits! advice

im looking at building an escort cosworth replica from a mk5 k reg xr3i (just for fun) but I want it accurate as possible with wrc front bumper/grill and boot spoiler, also I want a carbon fiber cosworth bonnet and would like to know if the original/genuine escort cosworth bonnet will fit as a direct replacement for the xr3i mk5 without any modifying? (had a friend that worked for ford he says its bigger than the mk5 xr3i bonnet) so how do people get it to fit on there replica cossys because ive seen replicas with them fitted?

I built an escort cosworth replica over 10 years ago and it was a pretty accurate replica but the body shop that did the work are no longer around they were called wild style and they were in stockport/manchester they used to advertise in the back of max power back in the day, they supplied the kit that they fitted and the side skirts were abs plastic not fibreglass (cant find anywhere selling this type of skirt anymore, just fibreless ones only, but would love for some one to tell me where I could get hold of these things again, if any one knows???)

also looking at replica escort cossys online ive noticed two major flaws in some kits, one is on the top portion of the rear quarters where the wings don’t blend into the lower cosworth boot spoiler and the other is in the size of the gap under the front grill where it meets the top half of the front bumper (got some pics to illiterate will try and put them up but not worked out how to do it yet) some replicas ive seen don’t have these problems so I know there are kits out there that don’t have these defects but the thing is who are they and where do I find them??

the cossy kit I had done years ago didn’t have these problems so I want to find one today that’s just as good, I know the kit I had years ago had the upper rear quarters extended slightly to mach in with the lower rear boot spoiler just like the real thing, I know it was some fibreglass construction blended and bonded on to the upper rear wings because after a few years small cracks appeared on them, so where can you find a replica kit that has these bits with it? Any advice most welcome and appreciated!

Thanks
