My audi A4 5 cylnder turbo project (first in world!!)
my AAN 5 Cylnder 2.2 Turbo powered Audi A4 B5 avant quattro
I know a lot of people in the VAG world have said it cannot be done and i will not finish the car................ well..............
After HEAVILY HEAVILY modiying the chassis pickups and 90% of the bodywork on the front end its done.......
right heres my Audi running and completed running the standard URS4 Bosch managment, BOSCH 044 pump, although been remapped and only 1bar boost and 8000rpm limiter, 12mm fuel lines throughout, 3" downpipe, single box system and seperate screamer pipe for wastegate
Waiting on 1.8bar wastegate spring to be delivered then will be running 2bar held boost on 99ron fuel remap.
Then the rebuild starts!!................
i currently have a 2.5td AAT bottom end, Scat rods, JE pistons, Gold ARP bolts, New oil pump and gaskets throughout (already have this)
Jonus spec cams, solid lifters and timing gear (tested to well over 1200bhp and 11,000rpm)
5x1600cc injectors (already have this)
Big port/valve head
Fabricated inlet manifold
GT42R turbocharger running through ported AAN wastegate (already have this)
034 motorsport stageIIc managment with ALS/launch control (already have this)
For the time being when the wastegate spring arrives i will just remap it to run 444cc skyline injectors and 2bar boost for arround 400bhp.
pics are shyte due to my cheap phone but will take more once i get a digital camera.
If any more doubters in Essex wanna look at the car i will gladly bring it along for a look!!!!

love my cossie and my old skool ford but i do use a Audi S2 avant every day and i love it,i know what to do with my escort to get it quicker don't know were to go or to buy to get my audi quicker any idea pal it stanard at the mo

Ah yes the mighty E2 sport quattro what a weapon . Well guys im lucky i own a UR QUATTRO an AUDI S2 and a EsCos. The S2 is my dayly drive and the cossie only comes out when its nice . Oh and the UR needs a restoration.

1.8bar wastegate spring first off and get ECU flashed, theres loads of people do RS2 upgrades for 320bhp, check out 034 motorsports website www.034motorsport.com/
My ECU, rods and pistons and various other bits came from them for my big power build

Alright bud,
things are ok, moved to essex to be with a bird but se since split up so am here with no friends or fuck all except a job lol
thats how ive been working every day on the Audi, and i mean every day before and after work and weekends till gone 10pm since january!!
other than that am fine.
back up north on 22nd may, think were at motorscope for a RR day too with craig tompson, my little bro gonna bring his mk3 escort sleeper with turbo zetec
i wont be on the rollers, motors done galactic moon-miles and i gotta drive it back to essex afterwards and it`ll only be running about 300bhp anyways so nowt special for the minute lol
Live for today, tomorrow looks after itself as they say
cant wait to get all the bits together for the big power build, should be well in exces of 700genuine horses at the wheels (average is about 800WHP) reliable too :P
Before i buy all the engine bits its getting RS4 widebody converted, as a birthday prezzie to myself for being an old cunt in may (30 :O )

Also watching this on the Audi Forum chap, but RS4 body, 5 cyl engine? Are you sure its wise? Youre going to cause a lot of man accidents when its done lol Top work fella cant wait to see it progress!

belive it or not it handles a LOT better than then witht he 2.5tdi motor in it!
I have seen this B7 but it is a spaceframe chassis, thats kind of cheating
and i bet it aint road legal lol

Well got my wastegate spring today, shitty coilpacks wont hold any more than 1.2 bar
just waiting for some cash to buy my bottom pulley and 034 motorsport (LS1 chevvy!) high powered coilpacks, gimme a month or so and it`ll be running 5x444cc`s, 1.8 bar and 400ish horses
noticed today i been launching it too hard, no "front" engine mount/snub mount makes the cam cover hit the bonnet PMSL

No room for a snub mount mate lol will fabricate one asap as launching hard causes rocker cover to hit the bonnet
Using STD URS4 coils at the minute but once the pulley turns up and its mapped i`ll be using chevy LS1/2 coils (034 motorsport)
