Got My Mk-motorsport Wrc style pedal and wrc gravel top plates again mark work is second to none fabricating and tig welding and just a little bump to some of my other parts Mark has made me,

Are you doing your own panel fab, like your radiator boot recesses, or is someone doing those to your spec? They look nicely worked items.

Thanks guys,

Made clamps to hold the rad in and also made brackets to bolt the fan housing down to the radiator aswell dont mind the fan as these are not what is going to used,

Well as the pedal box is fitted started on the little jobs to finishing off the shell,finished off the passenger side foot rest as needed to cover over the radiator pipes,and i have to make the same for the driver side,

Fantastic to see you back at it, mines at the pre roll-cage stage, those rear turrets are a nightmare lol, thanks again for the help with the rear arches they went pretty well. That said did you really take the underside back off again :-/ glutton for punishment, looking great though, will be keeping tabs

Glad i could help i have to say that cutting the rear suspension housing out is the worst,get it wrong would be awful ,and yes i did have to take the underside back down to bare metal but it was harder this time as the 3m bag sealer is very hard to take off ,

I had to make my own carbon fibre radiator surround similar to hafsengen on the outside as i was in contact with company's over none wanted to make it for me so i had to read up and have a go at something i know nothing about,

Dave the housing will be bolted down to the floor And a rubber seal around the edge lip to seal air from getting into the car at the bootlid

Amazing work mate what did you decide to do with the cross brace to the front turrets? did you put a bend or leave it straight over the inlet manifold or are you still figuring that out? Look forward to the updates and the carbon fibre surround for the rad came out really nice, was it easier than you thought and did you heat it to dry or leave it to harden?
