Not too much been flat out here with work due to the cold weather sorting out machines that wouldn't start in the cold.But have everything fitted up and modified to fit and look like factory made sorted out the bumper to sit right to the light pics of it before.



But being as particular as i am and been told many times i am my own worst for seeing flaws.Im not a 100% happy with the undercarriage finish been told by everyone they can see nothing wrong with it i have set upon taking it back down to bare metal and do it all again.

Starting the process of taking it off and sand blast it before i put primer on.

There is nothing wrong with it just that i hydrotec the hole undercarriage and didn't leave some smooth area which have been at me after i did it and looking at other escos restro and beefy escort under carriage has made me want to redo it again.The car will not be concourse will be to that spec but its going to driving alot when finished and just like to have things 100% right

Well got all my sealers that i put on back to bare metal again and its ready to be lightly sandblasted and redo all again this time i hope i will be happy as it was harder to get off than the oe ford sealer.And a fellow escos owner sorted me out with 3m seam sealer so i have 24 packs of this so it should be sealed well.No more updates till the cars is sprayed as im able to get stuck into it again as i want it out for the summer sometime this year.

I used that 3m sealer on the underside of my saph when restoring it, didnt use it all over as its bloody expensive, just done the sills and half way across the floors. yours looks spot on and i really like the way you have done the front wings, top job

I think you made the right move with the underside mate, it would have bugged you forever had you left it and built it back up.

Better to be 100% when it is done.

Right guys been awhile i just have my wings mirrors and door handles to spray as the car sitting covered in 3m covering till i et these done.And lost a memory card which i hope to find with the main pics of me spraying the car but these are what i had hope you like.

Thanks the fun is trying to find a set of speedline 2014 in 18" or 19" or sparco cromodora as these where what stian had fitted have emailed speedline but never got and reply been trying for months seaching the web to find either wheels but no luck
