Got the shell fully stripped down to bare roll it on the jig and the underfloor is really clean going to start stripping the sealer off tonight.

I know what u mean tommy the escos is fab in white but i've always wanted to do one like stians wrc and seeing as it is sliver now and not blue like to make this like his old one.

Got stuck into the removal of the sealer on the rear end tonight took a break and decided to sort out the hole in the sill im happy with the way it turned out.

Heat gun and heavy duty scrapers to get the bulk off and then brush thinners on it then wipe it off and find it a good job the way i've always done it.

As above lads if i had to have gone the standard route would have keep it white as it is the best colour on these but this blue stuck on me this years.

still looking into to this andy but going to be using mastic 121 for part of it anyway the stuff i use for most my rebuilds i want to check it out to see if it is the best as i dont want to make a mistake as i wont be parting with the car and want the best product out there.

Got some work done over the week check and sorted out all suspect nasty bits cut out and replaced undercarrige is getting sorted so i have started the sealing process seam sealing and brush sealing and then on with the final spray on coats.15 litres of brush sealer used run out so have to get more.
