All back together with refurbed original cam cover and powdercoated tanks.
Also made a heat shield up and made a 4" downpipe.
Just a bit of tidying to do now hoping for 550hp.
Also just fitted a wizards of nos direct port +100hp kit for a bit more when needed.
what size turbine housing is that ? it looks massive
Not to sure what size housing as it's not stamped on like the garret ones. It's twin scroll housing so that's how it's big I believe, hope it's all worth it as it's been a lot of work fitting it and still needs alternator dropped even lower.

Thanks for clearing that up mark. Is there much benefit from a efr over the sx200? I'm thinking of going down the efr route when I get my spare block linered.
Very nice, what power are you hoping for with the new turbo?
Thanks mate. Harvey has mapped one on his engine dyno very similar spec and it made 570hp. Il be happy to get mine 530-550 then use the nitrous to take it to 600.

im sure it will be worth it mate, it should all aid in response for you while also knocking on near 600 hp
Thanks mate. Twin scroll is the way forward, everyone who's gone down this route have said it's the way forward, hope so as it's cost enough! Hopefully get close to 550hp, have plans to get my spare block nickasil linered, solid lifter conversion , efr 7670 and connect the other 4 injectors up in the future when I get bored of this.
You'll be all over 550 hp mate, no problem.
What turbo was you on before? A GT series?
Will be interesting to see what you think of the difference...
Cheers Paul
Paul, had a roller bearing t4, which I wasn't impressed with then gt3076, be very interesting to see how this compares il get some graphs up when it's mapped.
Andy, the hoses were a perfect fit, I had genuine rs500 hoses before these and these fit as good and look exactly like the originals. I'm using a genuine behr rs500 cooler so maybe u may need to cut yours due to different cooler? I can get another set of these through samco if u need a set.
Only thing I had to do was sleeve the turbo to cooler hose turbo size as it's smaller than rs500 size.

Thank you, i'm nowhere near that stage at the moment, I'm thinking of going for a spec - r style cooler on mine, waiting on my sump coming back from being bug winged and then the engine can be built properly, but what you have done to your engine bay is pretty much the exact same as i want to do mine
Cool it will look nice then if u go down this route, I'm almost happy few more bits to finish first. I'm going to be getting a spec r cooler or airtec soon to and have been worried the boost hoses won't fit just hope they do!
