borg warner the best choise. it come more popular these days .you make minimum lag .happy 500+ mate
Yeah I'm very happy with the Borg Warner, it's only on a base map but I'm still impressed with the response and the kick it gives when it comes on boost. Definetly worth doing.

Can't wait to see your thoughts on it after mapping mate.
You still on Webber management?
Cheers Paul
Yes mate still on Webber management at the moment but will be changing to something modern in the future, currently gathering bits for another engine these things are never ending!
Got this ready for full power map at last after lots of problems then I broke it again! Teach me for fitting jap parts!
One hard launch was followed but a knocking from the rear end quick check revealed all this damage, torn cover, damaged diff mount, torn drop links, damage to most of the supra diff brackets, so got my work cut out again!
Leigh that's a right mare, I know you told me last week you heard a bang and thought it was the diff, that's a right pain. The covers are the weak point hence MK was making these as you know.Still can't beleive it's done the diff mount / some brackets etc.
These cars are sent to try us as we all know to well.I'm sure you will get it sorted.
I thought these diffs were pretty bullet proof Lee?
The diffs are bullet proof, it's the cover that is weak and causes all this damage but I havnt seen one go as bad as this ! People are putting twice the power through what I currently have too, approx 300hp as its on a running in map, my luck!

It is lee, cars off the road in bits again really annoying, couldn't believe it when I stripped it all pretty gutting! Iv repaired most of it now and ordered a cover off mk so hopefully that's the end of it but it's angles the diff enough to take the seal out and damage the prop. I use it pretty hard but it's all road use and low power so didn't expect this.
Yup,they need the MK or MT covers...gutted for you though.
Just ordered one off mk mate and done some mods to a few bits so fingers crossed it will be ok now, we will find out when it's mapped, hope it's ok as I'm over £1000 into this diff now!
I guess the cover breaking left it unsecured and lead to the other mounts failing. Mate of mine drives like a right cunt damaged his hanger but has not managed to bust his cover yet

Yes it looks that was it was fine when fitted and has only done 1000 miles since fingers crossed the new cover will cure the problem.
When fitted to a sierra the load points must be different as they dont give much trouble in the supras.
My thoughts exactly, have a mate with a supra that hes had 10+ years and its had lots of abuse but hes never had any problems still on original diff and cover.Theres plenty of big power supras out there that are well over what power a yb can produce and they dont seem to have problems. It much better than the standard diff so im going to stick with it and see how it goes with the billet cover and a few mods.
