the hole i dear of jig was to have a go meself the easy way i know but still,im no fabricator this makes it easier + il be selling this one coz i carnt get plate i want for it me other one will get finished trust me

did you notice id redune strut tops ian ? yer woulda got more dune but didnt get started till 11oclock took will track down some sheet metal , im hoping have day on it later in the week me self but be on it most nites ,me mate batty down one nite to help with rear turrets

Use all cosworth heater box, matrix , etc etc and convert your heater dash dials escort cosworth aswell. its what i did anyway!

I have a heater box made for the underseat of a bus driver Sounds random, but its an alloy, lightweight unit that really throws out a lotta heat. Plus, its 12v driven and very easy to fit behind the dash.

been out an dune a hour 2 nite not much just bita cleaning up an welded 3 plates in .
2 repaires to tunnel as rooten,one for bulkhead ,just two plates left then that bulkhead dun want it on spit now really but see if rob sand blasting his rs turbo at weekend first as he needs it to do underside

i will be welding stut tops from underneath aswell







shud get the last two plates done 2 moro nite

on another note im after a 2wd rear beam set up shocks brakes ect an front 2 rack hubs .note botherd bout the state its in will revamp so any one got out in yorkshire or cheshire area pm please

rite finished at 3 to day got the rollover spit while a was at unit getin measurments an pics ,will have drop it back off friday if rob sand blasting his rs turbo satday as finished welding it now

anyway got bulkhead finished one side tunnel welded both sides ,an one compression strut mount done get steel place cut me some more thick plate t mro after work

took me while get it on jig buy me self

desided to weld the line even tho its welded inside car

rite bit more done had do some rust repaires on the tunnel at front ,them finished compression strut mounts ,will do underside when off jig .happy with the way its going so far battys cuming down t mro nite i think help with rear turrets ,diff mount is also welded in

steel place finaly got me sheet metal in bit late tho its nearly done

would have liked to keep the tunnel part iv welded but it was rooten



i will smooth it all out

desided just to use the diff mount outa sierra already made for me just needed to an bits each end
