Right im sorry iv not done any up dates on my build for a long time but iv had a lot on with work and any spair time i have had has been tacken up helping a lad on here how has got a saff cosworth and he spun a crank shell in his motor so iv rebuilt it for him and at 12.15 last night the car left here with the motor all done and sounding very nive all i can say on this matter is me and my BIG mouth.
well as iv not had the time to work on the focus when i have sat down iv spent a bit of time on EBAY getting bit for the build and up to now im not doing to bad

4X4 WATER PUMP

4X4 OIL PIPE TO MOVE THE OIL FILTER
4X4 INLET PLENUM
2WD EXHAUST MANIFOILD which Dave has at the mo to mock up his focus
205 BLOCK / CRANK / RODS / PISTONS / 2WD FLY WHEEL
And a BIG Thanks to Dave for getting me some tube to do my rear turretts



So i dont think im doing to bad for bits at the mo just need to get some time to get back down to the car and do some welding

Hi mate the only thing that has made me go 4x4 is the stuff is so cheap and i have a 3dr which is 2wd and some time my 3dr dose my head in . As when my mates put there fut down they just huck up and go ESCORT COS and a SAFF COS both 4x4 were im still spinning and going side ways it dose come good when it dose huck up but thats not till 1/2 way throw 3rd gear

Its been a long time sins iv had any time to do some work on my focus and it was looking like i was not going to get any were nere it for a nuther week as we were going to see some of my old mates at a MOTOCROSS / SIDECAR MOTORCROSS meet but when the wife got up she said she was not to well so we were not going . So at last i had some time to do some work on the focus . I will get some photos up in the week as i forgot the camera Well iv now got all the floor welded in 100% and iv now got the ARB brackits 90% finished so im over the moon with wot iv done today iv now got the bug again to get my teeth in to it and loving it

AS SAID I WILL GET SOME PHOTOS UP IN THE WEEK OF THE WORK IV NOW DONE

to right andy you should be working on it now not be on here . iv been working on it again tonight iv now got the bulk head all plated up but again i forgot my camra and iv started to weld the rear beam in for the diff

done some more on the focus today and its going well

got the n/s floor 100% done





got the bolk head 100% done







all so got the inside bulk head 100% done



then we had a bit of mocking up with a wheel







and befor the night was out i had a play with the heater box its not done yet but i think i can make it work

dave wot iv done up to now is take the bottom of remove the heater matrex which leves the air con evap to re move evap i will have to split the hole thing which i will do soom as i will be trying to put the heater matrex inside so iv just cut in to the evap as wot has to be cut out is the rear lower part let me see if i can get it to fit first dave befor you start cutting yours mate as if it gose rong we will no wereit went rong and we only have to get 1 new unit not 2 but i do think it might work
