Brought the car about 3 weeks ago, and thought i would set up a lil project thread cause ive already done a few things to the car!

Heres how he looked when i brought him



Phase 1 Mk5 Zetec-S with a phase 2 black top engine.

After a clean


Fitted my ZSOC stickers

Mario Needed a friend!


Fitted a K+N


Took off the Hendy badge



Lowered on gmax shocks and springs



Fitted a laguna front splitter



Cleaned the engine bay which went from this:

Gave Mario a polish



And brought a set of these today


Looking to fit them during the week at some point!

Not much else planned for it - as ive spent a bit of money on it already and ive only had him for 3 weeks!
Just a general tidy up I think - both the rear arches need re-spraying as there are a few rust bubbles and some new number plates!

Il be honest I was um'ing and argh'ing about the splitter, however its Hev's ideas and im just the lucky guy to fit it all

Now that the splitter is on it really does suit it, so its defo on for good

It was long and painful! took me 7 hours to get there and back, got caught in rush hour traffic on the M6 - past birmingham and on the a34!
I think the guy was called alex but sold me fucked rear shocks!

at the moment its just looks as although ive brought the wheels i cant afford to do anything else to it just yet - just gonna keep it looking clean and tidy for now and get those rear arches sorted!



thanks cant wait to get them on. gonna put spacers on the rears so they will sit out a bit more. lukes got some spare ones off the trolley!

Car looks good, them wheels are lush too. I wonder how long that engine will last, bet you turbo it within the year!!!!
