Here's what im doing at the moment, its for my Mum. it was my dads first range rover, and he owned up till he passed on in Feb.

Mum has always loved it, and wanted me to re commision it and give it a lick of paint.

overall, the shell is very good, and its 3.5 manual..

we started today at 10.30, and this is how we got on:

rotten tailgate, not a prob as we have a spare one





Whole roof needs sanding due to bad laquer

Nice to see one getting some love, i havent seen an old one on the road in ages! they certanly are thirsty though.

My dad bought one when i was a nipper to keep me safe lol. i knew he loved me! he had a few after that. never had one with a good tailgate as i remember though lol, and they were all 6 -7 years old at the time
