Default KA Grilles

Not sure if you remember me from the good old days of the KA Klub. I use to have Racing KA which I sold to Sy and after that the Red Van Aaken powered one!
Your car looks cracking mate, good job. Bet she goes really well.

You know what it could do with now? a nice grille to subtly say whats under the hood!
Not sure if you have seen the grilles I can supply and they actually would be pretty tight on your radiator by the looks of things but if you want something, I will do you my best deal, have a new supplier which will hopefully be a bit cheaper too.
As long as you still have the original clips it will pop straight on!

Let me know cheers J.

Some old grilles from back in the day......

Thanks guys.. I would have loved one of those grilles.. would be a squeeze. I'll let my brother know.

Sadly the Ka is no more and everything is now going in a Puma simply because I think I can retain A/C & P/S plus it's got a few other bits. I also can't face doing the fabrication work again!

Ben! It's Craig, long time no speak! You gave me a few pointers when I was building my RST Ka a few years ago. Nice to see how your car progressed. What's happened to it now - has rot killed it?

I never started one on here - there's one over on project puma though. Scary how this was 5 years ago.

Very nice - loads of effort! Out of interest what ecu loom did you use converting the KA to FRS?

Thanks, I was already running Omex 600 for the Fiesta turbo engine so just adapted slightly to suit FRS. The original Ka ECU had been stripped out along with any redundant wiring.

This was my brothers car. The ran omex and the loom was a converted ofac/ofab loom (Fiesta rs turbo). The KA ecu and all associated wiring was stripped out, a dash out job.

Hope that helps.
