why does everyone weld up the egr valves on the exhaust manifold mate does it make them perform better ?

the van looks sweet but any reason you broke the rs 2000 looks a nice one but the van now looks brill when you hoping 2 have it finished

Rs ADV- Yea rs 2000 was pretty rotten tbh. And had already welded queit a bit of it up. Van should be ready very soon. only thing really left is to get rear back box made. And Just waiting for a mate to paint rear bumpers and roof rails


Adie mwells- Yea if you see the pics i put up, just cut them off and weld up, And cut pips off from inside mainfold.
What pipes wasnt you sure about?

Few updates. Got Logbook back, Tax and insured. Had exhaust made this weekend
Getting wheels back from powder coating tomorro. And bumpers and roof rails are in paint shop, Being painted Ash black
Dads been driving it all weekend. Had so much fun init. 400miles put on it and no problems

The looks this van gets when im out in it people love it
cant get out of the stripes they have been order i think its going to look sick with the stripes
