wicked dude we'll have to for a little burn soon with both the vans
on the exhaust manifold you can open up the ports on the inside but then you have to re weld it on the outside if that makes sense

nice van mate how reliable are the rs2000 engine iam thinking of doing the conversion to mine either that or a 2.0zetec with carbs or something

As for rub hes rolled arches going to be tight on 17" dymags and the van s a mk 6 with mk 5 front we think it looks harder

i might have my old adjustable lower arms for sale too fella
even thinking of selling van and trying to finish off my s1

looks minted mate i just bought a rs2000 to convert my van do you need to change the full loom then cause i allready changed the fusebox and Interior loom out a zetec escort so ive got electric windows and central locking pm me your number if you dnt mind mate might need sum help if you dnt mind lol :P

hello mate no problem will P.m you. I changed whole loom as it worked out easier. was just a case of joining rear light wiring. This way fuel pump loom etc is all there. and keeps things simple.

nice van that mate just a couple of questions, where did you get your fueltank from as its the only thing holding me up on my zetec van also where did you get your sideskirts. i tried flipping the axle on mine originally not only do the brackets for shockers not line up but due to the hubs being offset from the centre of the axle it also makes it higher! a lot higher lol!!

hello mate,
If you phone up any of you local pannel companys etc... and ask for a escort van petrol Injection Fuel tank.
As for the beam. you dont want to flip it. All you are doing is moving it from underneath leaf springs. To sit on top of them. I have a few pics of it done. If you need anymore let me know.

very very nice, matey, my mk6 van has just done the cambelt (snaped). ive got a complete mondeo 2.0 si zetec, is it just a case of swap every thing over. what about drive shafts.

Jghs83- Havent Insured it yet still waiting for logbook to come back. But before when my dad was going to buy a turbo`d van. They said they would just insure it up to a 200Bhp vehicle. So not to bad.
