if it put the plate thing u cut off back in the wright place them fliped it 180, like back to standed height then fliped it 180 would it not go lower

Then damper mounts would be on the wrong side. same with hand brake cables.

Bit of cleaning from tonight.

i am attempting the same conversion myself after i finish patching up all the rot round the sills floor and rear shock absorber mounts, and when it gets bit warmer, have you any advise so far?

Same here the more i see the van becoming an RS2k. He was always going to do it it was just finding the right van and the time

good conversion, ive done a few zetecs then put RS2000 engine in a mk1 orion, not as tuneable, but knocked the socks off any zetec!
