Default Focus cosworth conversion, she's on the floor now

OK, this is going to be a slow process due to the fact that my 3yr old girl has just had a bone marrow transplant for Leukaemia, but I need to do something to keep my thoughts at a good level.

I have a 3 dr white focus as the recipient and a 2wd sapph for the donor.

I will upload photos as I go along and I would like alot of advice as to where to cut the floor and bulkhead. I have removed the back and front of the car, cut out the front and rear strut tops so now I need to cut the tunnel.

Cheers in advance Jason

PS AG Motorsport is my choice as the man for the conversion.

The donor

The recipient

can someone please edit the next photos and add lines as to where to cut please

My workspace lol

Thanks once again for any advice and help I recieve.

I have saved a load of pics from the Reyland Focus, but none of them really show where to cut the bulkhead up close, what i'm afraid of is cutting it wrong and then AG saying DICKHEAD we needed that bit lol.

Phew, good job i have all day.

I go back to work on 14th Sept, wife goes back 4th Jan, then Focus goes into the stripping zone

yeah going to keep the focus just as it is for now although I really like the WRC bodykit that Pumaspeed supply, but who knows lol

The RS2000 was singal red 80 (salmon pink) and the guy who bought it knew of the car since he was a boy so it went to a good home and is local to me, although i have never seen it since.
The wife did have a green RS2000 at one point , we are both petrol heads lol

no not spoken to Andy yet, i can't take the focus off the road until after my wife goes back to work so no big rush yet but thanks for the advice ref booking in.

The wife has had so many sports cars it makes me cry, 2 205gtis 1.9 , R5 turbo, RS2000, Porsche 924, Audi Quatt 2.8 coupe, Audi A4 1.8T , Scooby turbo wagon, the list just goes on lol.

The white cosworth was orginally mine, but she drove it one night and wrote it off and I had to re shell it, so once done I gave it to her.
The grey one i bought for £1k with a blown head gasket, the engine spec list is huge , i got a receipt for over 5k for the lump alone

luckily enough one of my mates lives next door to a guy that works in a metal blasters so happy days on the cleaning front.
The only part of the WRC kit i don't like is the rear bumper, sticks out to far but the rest i love, although not to keen on the big rear spoiler lol.
I paid £1300 for the focus 1.8 air con and it came with the wheels and a filter kit.

silver and black yes , makes light work of it, hope you get to crack on with yours soon mate, i'm keeping a close eye on yours and cochyn's.

missus is down asda's so i'm watching the kids lol, but will strip the doors later and store the spares in case her white one needs something. Next on the list is strip the driveshafts etc and get it all blasted and powder coated. I want everything ready for when i get the shell converted i can start bolting everything in.

Struck lucky this weekend a friend of a friend owns a bodyshop and will paint my car for nothing if i put his name on it somewhere, SWEET. Was on a stag do in Newquay Cornwall and met him for the first time , nice guy, even gave me a go of his tuned RS4. Very nice

i'm defo keeping it white and i really like the WRC look, but the front bumper on the new Focus RS looks mean, wonder if it could be modded to fit the MK1 and what it would look like. the mind boggles and i'm dribbling now lol
