You gotta love angle grinders . . . This is hence the user name . . .

The front and rear springs might get another coil cut off depending on how it sits with the zetec fitted

I just lobb'd 2 coils off the rear springs and 1 off the front springs

After a quick polish, sorry was getting dark . . . Mondeo rims, Sunroof fitted, and slightly tinted top half rear lights which look sooooooooooooooooooooo much better 8) RSTurbo front brake set up fitted and bled up along with a new rear wheel cylinder fitted so now all 4 brakes work

Front pannel still wants plating up

Colour coded washer bottle blends in nicely

Clear indicators and new headlights still to be fitted

Nice camber on the rear wheels, will eat tires now :idea: I love it, its so simple, yet it looks so good, will be a hooooooooooot to drive :mrgreen:

The zetec turbo block is at machiners

wont be long there, then my sister's boyfriend is building the block back up

The I just gotta fit it

Cant wait to get POV built

But the zetec turbo Orion will be something else when complete

Now't bar my time which I havent got much of these days lol

I payed £200 quid for the 1800 130bhp engine with loom etc,
I bought the odd bit here and there for it but alot of its just spares I have that I cant sell, so thought I'd just build a car up out of my spares

Its just to tide me over til the zetec turbo Orion is out

Suppose it depends on how much you look into it 1st, long as everythings there, seems easy enough to me

Red one was painted by Cracker yes mate

The Moonstone Blue one was painted by Ade . . . thats perfection tbh and truely stunning in the flesh

But im well happy with the red one for the money, will be a laugh

Just give us a bell when your popping round, im not about alot atm with working all the time
