Its pretty much on par mate. Like the UK theres diffrent levels of
finish and so on which effects the price drastically.

Car will not be home untill the 28th or so now..

Its been polished just awaiting for the bumper to have it polish and the doors hanged back on, and also just awaiting the transmission tunnel clean up as it had been modified for the hydraulic clutch i believe.

Heres a couple pics of the finished paint work.. not that great as the car had a cover over it as the bodyshop was closing for xmas.

Cars back home now.. Still got to pick up the bumper and upper spoiler and bodykit but need 2 front arches as the passenger side arch had been repaired with fiberglass and wanted it 110% perfect.

Planning on doing the underside so not starting that till my old man makes a rotisserie..

Awaiting a container full of parts and a few loom clips and tape then will get cracking.

to be honest mate i didnt plan on a restoration at all was a simple case of bolting my engine and gearbox in and bobs your uncle but as i couldnt bring the paint work up to my standards it was time to do it properly so just decided to go ahead with it

Hi Guys been a while and been a couple updates-

Well the car went back to the bodyshop to get repainted because the took some of the edges off when mopping the car

all back home now tho and must say it looks even better than before.

My old man started on my loom pretty much re-taping and general cleaning looks relly good so far hope to have it finished by tomorrow and loom in by Wednesday.

Today i decided to get my engine out so we can mount it to the gearbox on wednesday hopefully and get it in asap..

my conatiner of bits gets here in a week or so so once that gets here we should be well on the way only hold up is finding all the interior clips i need
