Hi all, i joined up ages ago and started a thread in the general discussion section (For some reason) So i might aswell put my project thread up in this section.

This is my first car... Ford Fiesta Mk3 1.1 Classic. Got it for £100.




There was a fair bit of rust... on one of the arches and the rear has abit of it, but i will get it sorted. Bought a new arch panel so getting that welded on.

First of all i went threw a max power phase, D.I.Y black tinted rear lights, pressed german plates, stickers. HAHA! But then i got rid of all those stupid parts and started again...

Purchased:
-Red rear lights.
-Banded steel wheels, 14x7.
-Front Rs accessory bumper, brand new from factory.
-I fitted a mk4 standard rear bumper.
-Smooth boot, with rsturbo spoiler.
-12" Custom sub-box.

Basically its all a work in progress project at the moment, going for the eurostyle look. Must admit theres nothing euro about it yet but i have loads and loads of plans...

Plans:
-New wheels: Lenso BSX Wheels (Silver) 15x8.
-Going to smooth my front bumper (Number Plate Recess)
-Cream Roof.
-Cream Rsturbo Recaro's.
-Coilovers. Probably Gaz One's.
-Slight Badboy Bonnet.
-Subtle Boot Install.

This all will come together soon. I just wanted to make something out of my first car, i wanna make it unique!

What the sub-box? I got it from a fiestaforum mate, fiestaturbo.com

I must say im chuffed with it! But if you want one cheap then just keep looking around on for sale threads on forums, you might get a cheap deal.

Haaa... i wish, im only 18. Insurance would be expensive. Would love a 1.7 puma engine in it though.

Abit of progress...

Me and my mate adjusted the tappets to make the engine sound better, but not much difference, theres still abit of a noise!

Also bought some other stuff...
-New standard black dash bits, to replace the crappy cream ones.
-New number plates.
-New rocker cover to replace the dirty/old one. Im thinking mirror polished? Haha

Started to smooth the bumper...




My steelies are nearly done, ive finished two, laquerd!



Just need new tyres now! Sortteddd!

More updates to come soon... 60mm springs etc etc.

Yeah there banded, bought them from eBay for £150 with tyres, bargain!

Dunno where they were made mate, soz forgot!
