As you gyes know who have done this kind of thing that you spend hours and hours cutting, spot weld drilling and every thing else that comes along with the job but it will be worth it i think .

After striping both shells it was time to brace the escort shell up by welding box section in strenthing places,

Im building the car along side steve at amagineering motorsport in stoke on trent so he does all the technical stuff and i do the easy bits

,after a lot of welding we then cut and spotweld drilled the rear section floor out of the sapphire

Then it was time to take the rear turret sections out by again bloody spotweld drilling

lol

after a bit of persavering they come out

After a few late nights and help from m8ts we got the escort rear floor section cut out

Looks mad steve loved doin this bit

i was shitin my self but he knows what hes doing so i have every faith.....

Let me know what you think so far.....

Weve got to the point today when weve been measuring and trimming and measuring

and then a bit more measuring

all day before it was time to put the rear scetion in for its first trial fitment....

and down and up then down again then up on the ramp remeasuring and cutting.......
