back to an hard top for me nice s2

got an hardtop again

after having to break my last one as it was rotten then had to get an run round quick i had a cab turbo come up cheap but i miss having a hard top so this came up cheap

.the car has been sitting for about 8 months. some bits needs sorting big time

here are some pics when i got it back home. There was no antifreeze in it what so ever

car was just about running it was miss fireing like a bitch when i got it and found out it had wrong plugs in it

so got a new header tank and some antifreeze and new leads and plugs it just about runs now

i got told there was a quife gearbox in it but there are no bills to say it is i said it was fucked gearbox

leather not to bad in it also the alarm is about as old as the car some chave bits on it to come off asap

car is from Scotland if any of you boys know if it. the car in in the rsoc up there it has been well looked after in the past just a shame for the last 5 years

gave the car a quick wash today i change the dv to a twin baily but will not be needing it come summer

wheels will come off soon for better ones

off to work to mos for some welding for mot

i bought this car on ebay only to be told he had sole it that day lol. was a bit of a trek to come down for it to be honest! I bought a white one at the weekend instead for similar money. Agree about the gearbox that bit didn;t add up to me either, advertised as a straight cut one that wouldn't go in gear?

I wanted a white one anyway so will let you off

yep it was me

sorry. pictures on ebay must of been taken in the summer as the car has been sittings for months and very dirty.car needed wealding as well which he did not know about and car was miss fireing and not go into 1st gear at all

does so like a quife but then again it more then likey to be fucked

.you cant really tell any dif can you from a quife or fucked box as they both sound the same lol. all i am going to do is sort the welding out and remot it and then pull it all out

Loved southend, havent been for a very long time, about 2003-4. On a tuesday night i think. You can tell when you were there. Also remember on thr journey home, coming up to the halfway house, 2 cars coming up from behind, your convertable absolutely pissed past me. work had to take a back seat until i sold the rs2000 not point getting work done if i had no money now the car is sold going next week
